1. Prices and Payment
While we take all due care to ensure pricing on our website is correct – we reserve the right to alter and/or correct the price of an item at any time.
All prices include Indonesian tax.
International orders may be subject to duties and taxes billed by the destination country’s customs department. The recipient must bear any additional charges for customs clearance; we have no control over such charges and cannot predict what they may be.
All prices are listed in USD.
2. Products
All of our products are handmade, handwoven, handcrafted and hand dyed. There might be slight differences in sizes and shapes between each product. This is characteristic of handmade products.
3. Privacy
We keep your encrypted password. We also store shipping address, phone and email address if you create an account on our website for the purpose of shipping.
We do not share any of these details with another company, except Customer Reviews (cusrev.com) for a purpose of collecting a review. We might use your email to send you updates about us and our products or artisans if you agree to it.
We do not store any card information. All transfers are processed through payment gateways and these gateways are responsible for any card information.

The Wildindo company is the owner of the copyright, in accordance with the Indonesian Law, in all materials and information found on this website unless otherwise stated. Materials and information on this website have been posted with the intent that it be readily available for personal and public non-commercial use.
6. Warranty – Natural quality
We are proud of our high quality products and even though these are natural materials, we give 6 months warranty for any manufacturing defects by our artisans and rattan.
We do not cover repairs for defects due to normal wear, abnormal use, misuse and accidents. Please take care of your bag while it is in your possession.
Note: If you purchase a product in one of our shops or partner’s shop, there might be different warranty on each item. Please check at the shop when purchasing.
In case of defect please email us the picture and describe the issue to customer.care@wildindo.com and we usually respond within 2 working days, maximum response time up to 1 week in case we are very busy.
In general we do not replace the whole bag, but fix the defect, unless the whole bag is broken.
